They are exactly what they say they are. They arrived safe and quickly. The customer service was very good as well.

I was given a hello20 code for my first order. It didn't work. They also had a bling15 code and it didn't work either. The earring I wanted to order were not on the exclusion list either. So disappointed I didn't order the earrings.

I do love this store. However, the customer service when I tried returning the bracelet that was a gift for someone else, just to change the size but can't get through to someone picking up the phone. Perhaps I will try sending an email. Other than that, J. R. Dunn's is a place I would 100% buy from again and I have almost zero complaints. I will still keep coming back.! They are doing a great job to service us through the pandemic.

I'm sorry to say , but it seems every time I order there is always some type of glitch .
You say available for immediate delivery and then I get notice that the last one is sold or say you have the size I need , but then when I order it's not available!
I have not given up ordering with you at this point.

I have purchased a couple of other items in the past. The entire experience has been great from start to finish. I especially like it when you offer discounts such as SAVE20.

I was a little concerned ordering, during a pandemic, from a jewelry store (as opposed to Neiman's or Saks) which also carried this necklace. However the 20% off was too good to pass up!
I had no reason to worry; received my jewelry quickly and in perfect condition. J.R. Dunn's customer service, after the sale, was amazing. Steve helped me with an matching earring/bracelet question and emailed his recommendations. You can't get that level of service or value at a department store! Thank you for a pleasant Jewelry buying experience.
